Otherwise yes, the power supply has the same pinout and voltages as all the C64 ones. The keyboard mechanism electrically is interchangable with everything from the very first VIC-20 to the last C64G, the mounting mechanism and the type of key plungers used internally may differ, the latter only important if you need to repair it. ISTR the VIC-20 CR shell has a little more narrow or if it is wider cartridge slot than the first VIC-20, so some cartridges may physically not fit as well, but of course the actual cartridge connector is the same. Also some peripherals like early VIC-1020 expansion boxes were specifically designed for the two-prong VIC-20 and won't fit as well without modification for a VIC-20 CR.
