Well, ZoomFloppy offers the devices via the opencbm API. The cbmctrl
program is a good way to use them.

Having said this, I do not know how much the so-called Commodore IEEE
bus differs from the GPIB. Is it essentially the same? In this case, you
might be lucky with cbmctrl.

I would give it a try as a starting point.
