I received the chips and confirm that indeed they are 2.50 mm. Cool
stuff :-)

Even cooler would be to build some kind of working machine with these
Soviet 2.50 chips, but the only available CPUs seem to be 8080 clones
and I would not want to have anything to do with them ;-)
