ISTR seeing one on oak or simtelnet once upon a time.

You might keep your ears open in rgv.classic, because not too long ago, an
original developer's manual (complete with source code for the BIOS) was
sold on eBay early this year or late last year. There was a lot of griping
about it because the seller wanted to make money off of the item, rather
than giving it away for free. I was thinking that the person that bought
the thing was planning on sticking it into PDF and posting it on the
internet.
