This is a ShortWave Listener, used in ham radio setups. Beyond that, I
don't know much info.

I have the cartridge, box and manual for this. It's a utility cart for
the 128 containing 8 to 10 productivity applications all supposedly ready
at the click of a button. The manual doesn't mention why the cable must
be plugged into joystick port #2, so it's anyone's guess. The
applications are:

Appointment Calendar & Date Book
Memo Pad
Phone List & Auto Dialer
Name & Address List
Calculator
Typewriter
Envelope Addresser & Label Maker
Screen Printer

Other features are:
SwiftDOS
SwiftLock
Extended Printer Control
SwiftLoad
