Yes. You'll have to use an commandline option though -- You'll
have to tell HDToolBox that it should use gvpscsi.device instead
of commodore's scsi.device. It's been a while since I used
that (My GVP series II controller was "made lost") (Argh!),
but I recall that it was just "hdtoolbox gvpscsi.device".
