But there is at least one A500 controller that can boot from R1.2 based machine. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the manufacturer, but I'll dig it out. I have a feeling that A590 has this ability as well, but like I said I'm not sure. And I think there was others as well, maybe some GVP's old A500-controllers? BTW: Those of you that have been using my Commodore Service Manuals web site <http://www.devili.iki.fi> may have noticed that the site is down. This is because my school installed a masquerating firewall which effectly stops any attempt to access the server.
