Correct, but the level is inverted by the datasette. I realized this
when I used Markus Brenner's PTAP not to record a TAP to tape but to
directly play it into the C64 tape port READ line. Lacking the sources I
had to use a 74LS04 inverter chip on the line. But then it worked
flawlessly.
