I only have the hi-res photos of the board of my MAX to hand as it's 
packed up at the moment but it looks nothing like Ruud's schematic, even 
the chip numbers are completely different. Visually, it looks like the 
one from Donato.

No connection between this pins are shown. At the schematics from Ruud, it looks like better. The cia output from the pla goes to the cs at the cia. No connection to the cartridge port. Pin 9 isn't connected and pin 10 is the SP pin from the shift register of the cia. By Donato this is pin 6. So there are many differences, too.
