Hello, > Are you sure about that? According to the reverse engineered schematic > on zimmers > > http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/schematics/computers/c64/maxschematic.jpg > > the shift register is on pin 6 which is the dot clock on the 64. Pin > 10 is /IO2 on the 64 and the CIA select signal from the MAX's PLA. That's all strange. There is an other schematics on zimmers.net http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/schematics/computers/c64/ultimax.gif So there are many differences. Pin 6 is now P0 of the cpu port. If you look at the schematics from donato you see at pin 9 the CS from the cia. But the output from the PLA goes to pin 10. No connection between this pins are shown. At the schematics from Ruud, it looks like better. The cia output from the pla goes to the cs at the cia. No connection to the cartridge port. Pin 9 isn't connected and pin 10 is the SP pin from the shift register of the cia. By Donato this is pin 6. So there are many differences, too. Can anyone who ownes a max/vc10 the pinout of tge cartridge port compare with the schematics? Martin Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing listReceived on 2013-10-20 23:00:05
