Maybe, maybe not... TED doesn't produce multiplexed addresses but relies 
on the same multiplexers the CPU uses to access RAM. This does introduce 
a slight delay between address appearing at TED's address pins and the 
time the RAM sees them. _RAS is directly connected to the RAMs though. 
This delay might be all that's needed to avoid the crash.
