Thank you Julian but - C'mon - the only creative part on my side are the PCBs. The rest is what made William Henry rich - going through things somebody else created.. ;-)

I shall check the thread later and while we know that Jim's opinions have often to be taken with proverbial grain of salt, I can't exclude that he encountered something we don't know about. I haven't noticed any problem but all the xx64 SRAM chips I have are either -15 or -12 rated.

Yes, to the thread by "callan" ;-) as this was the one, which eventually made me "move my butt", gather all the info together and publish it, rather than continue to sit on scattered bits and pieces until the end of my time ;-)
