BASIC and System ROM replacements

Hallo allemaal,

You are all familiar with the various alternative System ROMs for 
the C64: JiffyDOS, DolphinDOS, SpeedDos, just to name a few. But 
AFAIK there is only one for the VIC-20: JiffyDOS. Or are there more?

And I have never seen replacements for the BASIC ROM, neither for 
the C64 nor for the VIC-20. Do any exist at all?
