D9060 Hard drive

I have a D9060 I am trying to format. I used the header command and both 
LED's go green and it never comes back. I let it go for 12 hours and the 
LED's both just stay green.
I wrote a B-R B-R program to randomly read and write sectors and I never 
go any errors. I switched out the the drive to an ST251 and get the same 
results. What can I do now?
