Oh, well. In that case, we can't use this trick But still, a MachXO2 
could be theoretically used as it does not require a long startup time. 
I can't seem to find any exact data in the documentation apart from 
vague "powers up in microseconds", so it's still unclear whether this 
chip would be useful or not.
