A quiz for Commodore experts.

At first I thought the 6702 was a logic array. I don't think so any more.
I think it is a variation of another line of chips Commodore made in its
early days.

It has eight counting circuits with different upper limits. You can turn
each counter on or off at will. you use one command to enable changes,
and another command to actually make the changes.

What chip am I thinking of??
