Bil, I'd grab a PDF copy over at 
http://www.bombjack.org/commodore/commodore/C128_Programmers_Reference_Guide.pdf
Get it printed on 8.5x11 paper, double sided and then take it to Office 
Max/Depot and have it coil bound.  I've done this to a few C-128 
references and it works great.  They also lay flatter than the original 
Perfect or Comb binding.  The print is easier to read too. *laughs*
