There is a program called Tape.To.Disk on disk U1.d64 in both the Old 
PET 1979 and the New PET 1983 folders of the TPUG Library CD which I 
think you have.

I'm pretty sure I used this to copy my Cursor tapes which resulting 
disks were the basis of the ones you have thru John Easton/Leif Bloomquist.
