You know, one never knows how important source control can become until 
one finds situations like this.

I looked and found 5 revisions of the PCB.  The changes are:

8: Initial 3.0
9: PS/2 connector was backwards, changed diodes to be less tight
15: 3.0a, changed LED to be switched cathod, to allow SX64 signal use.  
Added J5 to support selectively getting power from C128/C128D
19: moved PS/2 to point out the side of the DB25,
26: Added Vcc pin near 8812 for pigtail (C128D users)
