It's hardly can be called as an "OS for commodore": it's for PC, and it's
basically a themed Ubuntu Linux.  I can't see too much software development
in this, even using an emulator (like VICE) is much-much-much closer to the
"real feeling" than this. Let's use C64DTV then for example: at least it's
not a PC, but (quite) compatible with the real hardware, at machine code
level (and also at hardware level: connecting an 1541 or so ...)
