Alternately, take the easy way out and get a uIEC.  Note that the various 
X*1541 adapters work fine on Windows machines as long as the parallel port 
is on the motherboard - USB parallel adapters won't do the job.  OpenCBM 
would be the software of choice there.  You don't need to mess around with 
a DOS box any more.
