Looks like the command before the Vice error is 
F:\C=64 Programs\WinVICE-2.1\x64.exe ""F:\Documents and
Settings\Customer\desktop\C=64 to Burn\64-doctor.d64":64 doctor"

Scott,

Could be a spaces or quotes thing. Perhaps the "=" is causing the problem...
Can you turn on the "Preview commands" option in CBMXfer and send me the
command-line string that it is trying to execute?
