It sounds you do not know much about the re-layout and the 128DCR;
however, do you know anything about the 1571 CR? It uses the 5710 chip
(instead of CIA and WD1770/1772), much like the 128Dcr. He know of
exactly one existing device (cf. pictures at
http://www.floodgap.com/retrobits/ckb/secret/periph.html), and we have a
mention of it in a 1571 service manual. Other than that, there is no
information available.

Do you know anything about that one?
