Hello,

This page by Bruce Thomas mentions how to install a SCSI Zip drive with a
CMD HD. While it is not what you are trying to do, perhaps you can read
through the articles and observe some gotchas. The second article mentions
four sets of tiny wires (motherboard headers?) of which the leftmost one
needs a jumper. It also says that if LLFORMAT fails, you need to reset (?)
the jumpers.

I don't know if it that one or another page will be relevant at all, but it
is worth a read through.

There also was a thread on Lemon64 which mentions you may need to upgrade
firmware and DOS version, depending on what size of HDD your drive used to
have.

Good luck!
