Pulls or old stock is about the only choices and good luck on the old stock
- the few I've tried want minimum purchases in the 1000's :(

I can't find any pin compatible equivalents either.  A hack could be done
with 75160 and 75161 chips but it wouldn't be pretty as a replacement part,
heh.
