I guess I don't understand where that signal is going into the
cartridge, and the PET Rabbit has no such attachment.  Sorry for the
confusion.

I should do the same with the PET Rabbit manual.  Mine is somewhat
chewed up, but the contents should be legible.

I don't know.  I don't have any of those devices.  I usually just
dismantle cartridges and read the ROMs in an EPROM burner (and
reverse-engineer the boards if they have any parts besides the ROMs
and maybe a '138 as an address selector).
