Perhaps he has no external sources to back up his writing, so
adding it to a real Wikipedia article would eventually end up
with someone deleting the content due to not being possible to
verify? At least that is how I've come to understand how the
main Wikipedia works. One might also argue that very specific
content is better served at other wikis than Wikipedia.

No matter where you post, as long as you link from another page
the search engines will be able to pick it up like it did in
this case after some specific search parameters.
