I have a genuine B520 low profile, which is the American equivalent. As I
believe was discussed in this forum B128's were called B500's / B700's at
first in the states, before being re-named B128 (low profile) /CBM 128 and
CBM 256's (high profile). There were no low profile American B256's except
for the two known to exist from the shop prototype phase. I got this info
and the B520 from Bruce Faierson (now deceased), former president of
CBUG. He also sent me a B700X, which eventually became the CBM 128 (high
profile), with an 8088 co-processor card.
