Bill,
Jeff Ledger is the sole administrator for the PETSCII forums although
there are several forum moderators (I'm one of them). Unfortunately,
we don't have the ability to approve new accounts. Jeff is busy
dealing with some family issues currently and tends to forum business
when he gets the chance so you'll just have to hang on a wee bit
longer. I'll drop him a line to see if I can help out with the
administrivia and get back to you directly.
