I don't see a 2.5V line on the CBM-II schematic.  There is +12V, -12V, 
*5V, ground, and something labeled 50/60 Hz.  This last is inverted, 
pulled up to +5V and fed to IRQ0 on the 6525, and TOD on the 6526.
