Sure! I'm not sure how useful my answers are going to be though...

Executable format for a small DOS-like operating system. shell.exe is
a cc65 application, which then loads commands from .o65 files.

I might move the o65 from shell.exe into the kernal, but I see no
reason for that at the moment. If I do, I'll probably use Uz'
implementation, as I do all my development with cc65.
