Yep, I used two 6264's, 8K*8 SRAMs:
- /WR was connected to the R/W line of the expansion port
- CS1 was +5V
- both /CS2 and /OE: IO2 AND '(inverted) registerbit'

A 273 was clocked by IO1 through an inverter (04). Outputs D0..D4 went to
A8..12 of the two SRAMs, D5 was the registerbit. A inverter provided the
signal for the second SRAM.
