I've never heard of any "international reply coupons".  I think that it is
easiest to send money ($1 or $5 bills) in an envelope.  It's a bit
difficult to get foreign stamps, and my domestic stamps will be foreign
for you. :-) I'm not necessarily interested, unless the postage to Finland
(sea mail I guess) is cheap enough.
