If you doný care for the board it self, use a torch. No kidding, it works! I 
myself always use a bunsen-torch, the thing they use to heat testtubes in 
labaratories. the thing is over 25 years old but is very usefull for this job. 
I think a paintremover will do as well (the torch, not the fluid of course).

One good advise: wear a cap and old cloathings because it stinks like hell!
