Does it have the "ALWAYS SET THIS BIT TO ZERO" bug?  I don't remember
which register it was, but one bit in a VIC-II register was documented so
in at least one source.  The bit has no effect on the video chips I have;
it merely acts as a memory cell.  The register address might have been
$d016 or $d018.
