Actually there are three inputs tied to a fixed level, VICFIX, 128/256
and DMAACK. But when I think about it, I can provide another two outputs
from the PC parallel port and make a jumper to the remaining input.

That's an idea! Okay, I will do it, seems to be easy enough. But I will
probably not have the time before next weekend.
