If you have an original CBM IEEE488 interface, you can use
my new kernal. But I have the EXROM/GAME lines disconnected
from the module.... :-)
The schematics is on my homepage and the kernal used is

You can map any of the drives to either serial or parallel IEC bus.

The Software copies itself from the ROM area to $C*** (pretty
unusable...) and then swaps out the ROM. However, I have not
documented the ROM switch, but it should be easy to find out
from the module with a beeper...
