In Germany, the mixing ratio is 1 part lemonade, 1 part beer, and the
mixture with cola is called "Diesel" in at least one place.  Normally they
use Sprite or 7up, and that mix is called Alsterwasser (after the Alster
lake/whatever in Hamburg) in North Germany and Radler in other parts of
Germany.
