Completely forgot to mention, CBM-HD now works with a C64 and a CBM
connected at the same time. And it is possible to use both machines one
after the other. I haven't tested what happens if both machines give a
command at (about) the same time but I'm quite sure that things go very
wrong.

The only command I still have to implement is XCOPY. Last but certainly not
least.
