Almost certainly not.

I make the GG2 Bus+ for the Amiga.  It _can_ work with video cards
but not sound cards because sound cards, even 8-bit ones, require
DMA support which the PC motherboard provides.

This ISA implementation only provides I/O space, not ISA memory space,
so video cards wouldn't work with it.

But... I do agree that it's way cool.  I'll have to build one someday.

P.S. - It should be able to work with a serial card set to IRQ3, but
a NIC is much more interesting.
