According to what I have here (a table of the different AT), the following
should have an SPI:
Name available as
- ATtiny26-16 (DIL20/SOIC20)
- ATmega8515-16 (DIL40/TQFP44/PLCC44)
- ATmega8535-16 (DIL40/TQFP44/PLCC44)
- ATmega8-16 (DIL28/TQFP32)
- ATmega16-16 (DIL40/TQFP44)
- ATmega161-8 (DIL40/TQFP44)
- ATmega32-16 (DIL40/TQFP44)
- ATmega64-16 (TQFP64)
- ATmega128-16 (TQFP64)
The ATtiny26 costs less than the 2313 and seems to have allmost everything
the 2313 has, too, except for the 16 bit timer:
ATtiny26-16 AT90S2313
Flash 2 KB 2 KB
EEPROM 128 KB 128 KB
RAM 128 Byte 128 Byte
I/O Pins 16 15
SPI 1 -
UART 1
TWI 1 -
8-Bit-Timer 2 1
16-Bit-Timer - 1
10-bit A/D channels 11 -
Vcc 4.5-5.5 4.0-6.0
Clock speed 0-16 MHz 0-10 MHz
Price [1] EUR 4,49 EUR 6,11
