I know about SPORT... I was the one who sent you the link (from my home 
e-mail account).
Now I'm wondering how I would build such a beast myself... And maybe 
customize it a bit to suit 64HDD better.

I've recently been given this link to a tool that lets you send disk
commands under CP/M by one of my 64HDD users. Might be worth trying.
