Last year, I read about someone who had made a Futurama game for the
Atari VCS 2600 by changing the graphics of an existing game.  He got
a letter from the Fox studios and had to remove the piece of software
from his home page.  (I've understood that in North America, the defendant
has to pay for his attorneys even if he wins.  Here in Europe, the one who
loses usually has to pay all attorneys.  That could make a huge difference.)
