The above applies when you look at the connector mounted on the cassette
cord.  If you look at the cassette port connector of the computer from
its outside, then the ground contact is at the right.

While we are at these card edge connectors, has anyone else except me
noticed that the cartridge connectors of the VIC-20 and the C64 are
numbered differently?
