The voltage is the same on the video output, and many PAL TV sets or
monitors will happily synchronize on 60 Hz vertical retrace frequency.
Some will emit a little noise or might display a scrolling picture. But
too "intelligent" units might refuse to display anything.
Ruud, do you have an opportunity to measure the VIC-1001?
