C128 diagnostic test cartridge

Did anyone ever see a device like this? The seller told me that a friend of
his probably brought it from the USA, which might explain why the test program
fails on my PAL 128D, but runs fine on my NTSC C128. For obvious reasons this
cartridge will not fit any 128DCR.

This test cartridges has more than just loopback dongles for the ports, there
are a bunch of 4066 and HC374 chips on the board that are probably used to
switch the dongle connections and send data to the ports. I wonder if the C64
test cartridge dongles work in a similar way? I never saw one of those,
though. One nice detail is the keyboard connector: It has a removeable adaptor
to allow connection to both the C128 and C128D.
