    Configuration Jumper Block

     7 8
     5 6
     3 4
     1 2

    7,8 = DSR:

    - remove to accomodate modems where DSR is tied to DCD

    4,5,6 = Address Control:
    - 4,6 selects $DE00 (default)
    - 5,6 selects $DF00

    1,2,3 = Interrupt Type:
    - 1,2 = NMI (default)
    - 1,3 = IRQ (required for CP/M)
