plain and simple - use a rubber :o)
you could also do like your grandma would.... put some water in a
coffee-cup, add some salt, add some piece of aluminium foil and let
the stuff rest in it overnight (obviuosly in that case, dont put the
whole chip under water, just the tip of its pins))
