Hi,
today I found a bit of time for modyfing the CPU module according to
Nicolas, who said that there was an error in how the 6522 is connected to
the 8501 socket. There's no change :-(
I tried a 1541 unit too. It gaves ?DEVICE NOT PRESENT ERROR. It seems that
all the I/O section of the board has something wrong.
I have to say that I cannot go on diagnosing the board for lack of time (I
have a lot of things to study) and equipment. I suggest to everyone who
wants to try the project to build a board and try it on a C16, surely better
than the plus/4 in terms of available space. I think I'll not send my
prototype board to anyone since it is a very poor design (you can see it
