For what its worth, the manual for the Jason-Ranheim Promenade
http://www.classicgaming.com/vic20/texts/promenad.htm
has some parameters for programming the 68764 with the Promenade C1
Eprommer (in Appendix D ). It also has the pinout diagram for the
MPS 2364 rom and the comment that "Motorola once made a
pin-for-pin compatible EPROM replacement; the MCM 68764"
